Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is hiring for a Sales role in Laguna. Fresh graduates are welcome. The ideal candidate will have outbound telemarketing experience and be fluent in English and Filipino, with solid writing skills for business letters and emails.

You will handle prospecting, aim to generate quality leads, and drive early-stage sales using internet-based platforms. A basic salary plus statutory benefits is provided; no allowance-based arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; proficient with computer applications.
• Ability to write business letters/emails clearly and professionally.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with drive to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Generation of 10 warm prospects (Show Up, Test Drive, and/or Credit Application) for every prospective sale.
• Minimum sales target of 3 units.
• Strong understanding of Internet Sales platforms (Autodeal, ZigWheels) and other 'New Normal' sales strategies.
