• Welcome customers and assist them with product inquiries and purchases.
• Provide accurate information about product features, prices, promotions, and availability.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Process sales transactions and operate the POS system when required.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Arrange, replenish, and maintain merchandise displays and shelves.
• Monitor inventory levels and report out-of-stock, damaged, or missing items.
• Assist with receiving, checking, labeling, and organizing merchandise.
• Support inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper presentation of the sales area.
• Follow company policies, merchandising standards, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
