Job summary

Primer Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to manage cash, credit and e-wallet sales while ensuring cashiering compliance. The role covers banking transactions, store operation reports, inventory, and reporting of defective store equipment.

The ideal candidate has prior cashier experience, strong communication, and keen attention to detail to support daily sales and stock health in a retail environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least College level or Senior High school graduate.
• Prior experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.
• Proficient computer skills- MS Applications.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Enhances sales through effective and creative use of salesmanship techniques.
• Responsible for cash, credit and e-wallet sales handling in the store; immediately reports sales discrepancies to SH.
• Ensure compliance with cashiering processes and procedures.
• Responsible for banking transactions such as credit card verification and cash sales deposits in the absence of a store head.
• Submits daily store operations reports (sales, inventory and other qualitative reports) as needed.
• Conduct store inventory and provide reports to ensure that stock levels are healthy on a weekly basis.
• Perform proper execution of periodic store inventory count accurate and timely reporting of inventory variances and/losses including proper resolution of issues and concerns.
• Implements daily compliance to Nimbly checklist in the store;
• Reports immediately on store equipment with needed fixtures (such as defective light, air conditioner, problems with store signage, internet and electric connectivity, CCTV and the like)
