Job Description
  • Warmly welcome every shopper and deliver attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
  • Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure each customer leaves satisfied
  • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system
  • Maintain attractive, organized, and clean store displays and merchandise areas
  • Apply effective sales techniques to achieve both individual and team goals
  • Take part in store events, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives (including digital and social media promotions)
  • Provide prompt, courteous support for any post-purchase inquiries or concerns
  • Share valuable customer feedback and product insights with the management team
  • Assist in inventory control, restocking, and day-to-day store upkeep
  • Support the onboarding and mentoring of new employees while fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
Job Qualifications
