Promote and demonstrate products to customers. Explain product features, benefits, prices, and ongoing promotions.

• Assist customers in choosing products based on their needs.


• Encourage customers to purchase and help achieve daily or monthly sales targets.


• Arrange, replenish, and maintain attractive product displays.


• Monitor product stocks and report low or out-of-stock items.


• Ensure products have correct prices and complete labels.


• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned selling area.


• Provide excellent customer service and respond politely to inquiries.


• Prepare and submit daily sales and inventory reports.


• Coordinate with store personnel, supervisors, and company representatives.


• Observe competitor prices, displays, and promotions.


• Follow company policies, store guidelines, and proper grooming standards.


• Handle customer concerns professionally and refer serious issues to a supervisor.
