Job summary

Much Prosperity Trading International, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to ensure smooth in-store operations, promote products, and provide excellent customer service. You will monitor sales, maintain displays, and report daily activities.

The role involves resolving customer concerns, reporting on stock and store performance, and supporting inventory counts. Training is provided, with opportunities to work across branches in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Actively promotes and sells products to achieve sales targets by using product knowledge to assist customers and maintaining attractive, organized displays that encourage purchases.
• Provides friendly and professional assistance to customers by addressing their needs, resolving concerns promptly, and building positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepares and submits daily reports on sales, inventory, and store concerns, monitors product performance, and recommends stock replenishment and improvements based on sales data.)
• Ensure stockroom is well-organized and inventory is properly stored and labeled.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.
• Participate in inventory counts and audits when required.
• Willing to be assigned to a specific store/branch location, subject to change as needed.
