Job summary

OLIVE CO. INC. is seeking a Sales Associate to create exceptional shopping experiences, introduce quality pet products to pet lovers, and drive sales at DIY 36 - Starmall San Jose.

You will apply sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals while delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in merchandising or sales, are eager to learn about pet product lines, and are willing to be assigned to the DIY 36 - Starmall San Jose location.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in merchandising, promodising, or sales roles.
• Interest in pet product lines.
• Familiar with sales techniques (upselling, cross-selling, closing deals).
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

About you

• At least 6 months of experience as a Merchandiser, Promodiser, or Sales Associate
• Eager to learn more about pet product lines

• Knowledgeable in customer service and conflict resolution
• Willing to be assigned to DIY 36 - Starmall San Jose
