GROW Vite in Metro Manila is seeking a customer-oriented retail associate to deliver attentive sales service and product information. You will welcome customers, assess their needs, and respond to queries to drive sales and brand presentation.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock and store aesthetics, achieving department sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, and providing high-quality gift wrapping during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Listen to customers and understand their needs to provide appropriate assistance.
• Provide product information and explain features to customers.
• Deliver excellent sales service to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Support sales goals on monthly, quarterly and yearly cycles.
• Keep assigned areas in-stock and presentable.
• Offer gift wrapping services while maintaining brand presentation during peak periods.
