Job summary

VDP Distribution OPC is looking for a Sales Associate to help customers find products and deliver friendly service while meeting daily sales targets. You will maintain displays and process transactions in-store, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or customer service, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-oriented, energetic approach. On-site work in Antipolo with paid training and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Customer-oriented, energetic, and reliable.
