Customer Service
  • Greet customers warmly and engage with them to determine their needs.
  • Assist customers in finding products and provide information on product features, prices, and promotions.
  • Answer customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure customers have an exceptional shopping experience, offering support during their visit.
Product Knowledge
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s products or services to effectively assist customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
  • Make product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Sales Support
  • Assist with sales transactions, including ringing up purchases, processing payments, and issuing receipts.
  • Encourage upselling and cross-selling to boost sales by suggesting complementary products.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs as set by the store or department management.
Inventory Management
  • Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining product displays to ensure the store is fully stocked and organized.
  • Help with stock counts, track inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Ensure that products are correctly priced and properly labeled.
Visual Merchandising
  • Assist in arranging product displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with the store’s merchandising strategy.
  • Help set up promotional displays and ensure that they are regularly updated according to sales strategies.
Qualifications
  1. Education: High school diploma required; additional qualifications in business or sales may be beneficial.
  2. Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail is preferred, but not always required for entry-level positions.
  3. Skills: Strong customer service, communication, sales, and multitasking skills.
  4. Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accurate transactions, inventory checks, and organized product displays.
