• Job Title: Sales Assistant
• A Sales Assistant for a gown shop typically has the following responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in selecting gowns for various events such as weddings, proms, or formal occasions. Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and body type.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the different types of gowns, fabrics, sizes, and designers. Stay informed about current trends to offer up-to-date suggestions.
• Fitting Assistance: Help customers try on gowns, ensuring proper fit, comfort, and styling. Assist with alterations or customizations, if available.
• Sales: Promote gowns and accessories, up-sell or cross-sell related items such as veils, shoes, or jewelry. Meet individual and team sales targets.
• -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
• -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
• -Physically fit
• -good with customer service is an edge
• -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
• -All gender are welcome
• -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
