Requirements:

  • Must be a BS Civil Engineering Graduate. License is a sure advantage.
  • Minimum of 5years experience as Sales and Technical Engineer.
  • Experience and knowledge in Painting, Waterproofing, Floor Coating, Cracks Repair & Sealant, and other architectural requirements.
  • Adopt computer skills and proficiency using programs like AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding technical specification, timelines and other project matters.

Job Description:

  • Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple jobs: quotation, billing, reports, audits with the client representatives.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.
  • Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients.
  • In charge of planning and coordinating technical initiatives to make sure they can complete the project within the agreed schedule and within the budget.
  • Uphold project standards thru compliance on safety regulations and developing project plans.
  • Understand clients' needs in order to establish values and product fit.
  • Overseeing and coordinating the sales activities and performance of the sales team.
