• Monitor and manage the company’s Facebook and online presence.
• Conduct client follow ups and maintain strong communication.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Perform site or ocular visits to assess requirements and installation readiness.
• Handle after sales support and client satisfaction checks.
• Guide and support freelance sales agents.
• Plan marketing initiatives including events, seminars, school partnerships, and collaborations with architectural firms.
• Create and post engaging social media content.
• Manage inquiries, pricing discussions, proposals, and project closings.
• Recruit and manage support staff once performance expectations are met.
