Camp Netanya Resort & Spa is a leading hospitality provider in Mabini, Batangas, dedicated to offering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our resort’s efforts in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility.

Role Summary

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies and comprehensive marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, targeting key market segments and building strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate accounts.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and client satisfaction management.
  • Plan and coordinate events, handle client inquiries, and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and pricing.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, oversee advertisement efforts, and maintain brand consistency across all materials.
  • Manage the resort’s online presence, including website content, SEO, and localized marketing campaigns.
  • Supervise and train the sales and marketing teams, ensure adherence to company policies, and effectively manage the marketing budget.
  • Conduct market research, develop quarterly marketing plans, and participate in auditing processes to validate reservation accuracy and sales reports.
