WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and prepare marketing materials and sales tools

• Manage and update our social media pages

• Create and schedule engaging social media content

• Handle customer inquiries and page messages

• Support the Sales Team with presentations, product information, promotional materials, and other sales needs

• Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and company activities

• Help organize sales and marketing files and records

• Provide general office and administrative support

• Coordinate with different teams to ensure marketing and sales requirements are completed on time

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or related courses

• Creative and comfortable working with social media

• Knowledge of Canva and social media platforms is a plus

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn

• Can work independently and with a team

• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
