Job summary

Belo Casa is seeking an Independent Beauty Consultant to introduce a premium Korean skincare line to beauty businesses in Boracay. You will build your own client territory with flexible hours and uncapped earning potential, across Panay Island and Laguna Province.

You will own your territory and manage relationships with salons and clinics. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with good smartphone skills and a passion for beauty trends.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with a drive to achieve high sales targets.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills for face-to-face client interactions.
• Good communication and relationship-building with salon owners and managers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, visit, and present skincare range to local beauty salons, nails salons, spas, and clinics across your designated area.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with salon owners and managers.
• Educate salon owners and technicians on product benefits, usage, and resale opportunities for their clients.
• Submit customer orders and follow up on stock reorders.

About the role

This is a Basic + commission-based sales role introducing a premium Korean skincare product line to beauty businesses in Boracay. You will work as an Independent Beauty Consultant / Skincare Sales Representative, building your own client territory with flexible hours and uncapped earning potential. We are Hiring in All towns and Cities across Panay Island and Laguna Province, You will have your own territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, visit, and present skincare range to local beauty salons, nail salons, spas, and aesthetic clinics across your designated area
• Build and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with salon owners and managers
• Educate salon owners and technicians on product benefits, usage, and resale opportunities for their clients
• Submit customer orders, maintain basic sales activity records, and follow up on stock reorders

About you

• Genuine enthusiasm for beauty, wellness, and skincare trends
• Must own a reliable smartphone with active mobile data capabilities
• Basic familiarity with smartphones, messaging apps, and simple digital forms
• Self-motivated, disciplined, confident communicator, and driven to achieve high sales targets
• Familiarity with your local town or city's commercial districts and salon networks
