  • Prepare Sales Orders based on Purchase Orders.
  • Manage payment collection efficiently.
  • Check stock availability and process product orders.
  • Update prices and client contracts.
  • Report monthly sales results.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares Sales Order (SO) based on the Purchase Order (PO) forwarded by the client or Sales Representative.
  • Manage payment collection of all gained accounts efficiently.
  • Check stock availability in the warehouse.
  • Process low to a high volume of product orders.
  • Process invoices for all institutional sales transactions.
  • Check that all prices and client contracts are up to date.
  • Report monthly sales results to the sales team.
  • Support the sales force with the general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
