A prominent heavy equipment company in Quezon City is seeking a Sales Account Manager to build and manage relationships with key clients. This role entails driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction by coordinating projects and addressing concerns. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and account management, with experience in heavy equipment being an advantage. Having your own car is a plus.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all client needs.
Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, from initial contact to successful closure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions.
Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to any issues.
Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication between teams and clients.
Market Awareness: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and growth initiatives.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to clients.
Similar to a Sales Account Manager, but with a focus on managing the company's most important and high-value clients.
Responsible for nurturing relationships with key accounts, maximizing sales opportunities within those accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
