MicroSourcing is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of Mid‑Market customers, providing lifecycle support and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of Mid‑Market and strategically important B2B/Enterprise customers, providing lifecycle support and maximizing value.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding business needs.
  • Act as primary point of contact, address inquiries, resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand share of wallet.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth through retention, expansion, upselling.
  • Engage in ongoing sales activities: welcome calls, health check campaigns, targeted initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve targets.
  • Maintain healthy sales pipeline, forecast revenue, identify growth opportunities.
  • Sell new products to existing B2B/Enterprise customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships virtually using digital tools.
  • Support center initiatives to optimize account management and virtual selling.
  • Use industry trends and emerging tech to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Provide support for bill interpretation, complaint resolution, account changes, technical basics.
  • Work with sales channels to understand client requirements and develop contact strategies.
  • Remain a strong team player, collaborate with account teams and cross‑functional departments.
Qualifications (Non‑negotiables)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B relationship management and sales.
  • Proven track record of selling to B2B customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve quotas.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
