4. Experience Requirements
- Entry-level roles may accept 0–2 years experience with proper certification
- Mid-level roles require 3–5 years construction safety experience
- Senior roles (Safety Supervisor/Engineer) require 5–10 years experience
- Conduct site inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and local regulations
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training
- Monitor high-risk activities (work at height, excavation, crane lifting, hot work)
