Job summary

Rieke de Mexico Manufacturing, S. de R.L.de C.V. seeks a Safety Engineer to develop and maintain HSE programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and Mexican regulations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production floor personnel and monitor high-risk activities.
• Manage and follow up on the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system.
• Track corrective actions to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental rules.
• Identify hazards and perform risk assessments; ensure adherence to HSE procedures.
• Support audits and management system reviews; implement improvements to reduce risks.
• Deliver safety training and develop educational materials for safe work practices.
• Monitor compliance with NOMs and STPS regulations; respond to audits and inspections.
