Job summary

AFPSLAI in the Philippines is seeking a driver to provide safe, timely transportation for employees and officers, ensuring reliability and courtesy in all trips.

You will conduct daily vehicle inspections, secure vehicles, manage maintenance per dispatcher schedules, handle fuel slips, and keep assigned vehicles clean.

Required: High School graduate and a valid Professional Driver’s License; minimal work experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Transports employees and officers timely and safely to and from any destination.
• Prepares gas slip request for gasoline, purchases and submits VMR to dispatcher every 15th and 30th of the month.
• Conducts daily vehicle inspection for serviceability and cleanliness.
• Secures assigned vehicle from damage/theft.
• Ensures proper maintenance of assigned vehicle.
• Attends to preventive maintenance requirements of vehicle in accordance with schedule as defined by the Dispatcher.
• Regularly cleans assigned vehicle by end of the day.
• Conducts minor vehicle troubleshooting as necessary.
