Responsibilities

• Dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms, and washing windows.
• Changing bed linens and replacing used towels with fresh ones.
• Replenishing amenities such as toiletries, coffee, tea, water, and minibar items in guest rooms.
• Emptying trash, clearing dishes, and making beds.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns.
• Cleaning and maintaining hallways, stairways, and other common guest areas.
• Responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
