Job summary

Augmentus Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on QA tester to execute manual test cases against a physical robot arm and its Windows control software.

You will write clear, repeatable test cases and test plans based on product specs and requirements, and log defects in Jira. You'll document results in Confluence, set up and run repeatable test cycles on hardware, and collaborate with developers and the QA Lead to verify fixes.

Qualifications

2–4 years of QA/testing experience, primarily manual testing.
Experience testing Windows desktop applications.
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
Comfortable working with physical hardware and robotics.
Strong test case writing skills with clear, repeatable steps.
Background in mechatronics or electronics is a plus.
Basic scripting or automation exposure is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Execute manual test cases against the physical robot arm hardware and its Windows application.
Write clear, repeatable test cases and test plans based on product specs and requirements.
Log, track, and manage bugs and test cycles using Jira.
Document test plans and results in Confluence.
Set up and run repeat test cycles on hardware.
Collaborate with developers and the QA Lead to verify fixes.
Follow QA processes with high consistency and reliability.
Flag edge cases or risks even when not explicitly instructed.
