Advocate Health's Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center is seeking motivated registered nurses to join the Medical Telemetry Observation Unit 6KLM, a 28-bed unit with diverse diagnoses and an average LOS of 2 days. You will provide comprehensive patient care, coordinate nursing processes and contribute to safe, high‑quality outcomes.

New grads are welcome, and the unit offers a supportive residency program, shift options, and opportunities for professional growth within a Magnet-designated facility.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state where the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• New grads welcome; strong interest in nursing and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
