Job summary

Eight Under Par (Pawnshop Operator), Inc. seeks a Risk Analyst to support risk identification, assessment, and monitoring across operations, with emphasis on data collection and reporting.

You will maintain risk registers, KRIs, and incident tracking, and work with cross‑functional teams to implement controls and RM tools.

A 4-year business degree and exposure to risk management are preferred, with strong attention to detail and integrity.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business related courses.
• Prior exposure to risk identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Risk analysis and assessment: Assist the immediate supervisor in periodic and special risk assessments
• Data collection and reporting: Gather risk-related data from various sources and prepare reports for immediate supervisor
• Stakeholder engagement: Partner with internal teams and Risk Management Deputies to understand their risk environments and coordinate risk management initiatives
• Incident tracking: Maintain a comprehensive incident risk register and help track their resolution
• Administrative and other support: Assist with administrative tasks such as updating internal procedure documents, control library monitoring, preparing minutes of meeting, preparing ad-hoc reporting, and implementation of RM tools (i.e. KRI, RCSA, Etc.)

Educational Background:

4-year degree in business related courses.

Relevant Work Experience:

Prior experience or exposure in roles or environments involving risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation.

Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge in conducting risk identification, risk assessments, and risk profiling across operational, financial, compliance, or strategic areas.
• Participation in risk workshops, RCSA, or risk evaluation activities.
• Exposure to risk registers, risk heat maps, key risk indicators (KRIs), and risk reporting.
