You will collaborate with risk, credit, finance, and business units, document findings, and support remediation plans while upholding governance and model risk standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience in independent risk model review, model validation, or model risk management.
• Strong understanding of risk models, governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently review and assess risk models, methodologies, assumptions, and outputs.
• Perform model risk assessments and identify potential model limitations and risks.

Job Summary

The Risk Officer will be responsible for independently assessing, reviewing, and monitoring risk models and related risk management processes. The role will work with business and risk teams to ensure that risk models are appropriately developed, validated, monitored, and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
