Primary Function:

As a Risk Management and Sustainability Support Supervisor, you will be responsible in providing administrative support to the Risk Management and Sustainability Head and the other functions in the team. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by assisting in legal billings and documents, tracking compliance and sustainability performance, and maintaining dashboards and reports. You will also assist in coordinating projects and working with external partners like law firms and government agencies to support the company’s risk and sustainability efforts.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Office Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a support or coordination role, preferably in legal, risk, or sustainability functions
  • Familiarity with legal processes, billing procedures, and basic compliance requirements
  • Experience in handling administrative work involving confidential and sensitive materials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard/reporting tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Willing to be based in Ortigas
