Job summary

Accenture in Taguig is seeking a Risk and Compliance Associate Manager for a Return to Office setup. You will review client and matter forms, perform conflicts checks, and collaborate with partners and handlers to identify conflicts early.

You will analyze risks, escalate issues to the Conflicts and Compliance Team, maintain conflict databases, and support information barriers with risk teams, while coordinating across stakeholders in the firm.

Qualifications

• 7 to 8 years of KYC experience
• 5 years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Reviewing new client and matter forms to ensure details are complete and querying unclear information to identify potential conflicts at the outset
• Analyzing new client and/or new matter to determine risks
• Conducting conflict checks using the firm’s conflict database with attention to sensitive entries
• Analyzing conflict search results and liaising with Partner/Case Handler to decide on conflicts
• Escalating conflict issues to the Conflicts and Compliance Team with clear analysis
• Proactively following up to obtain information or conflict resolution from stakeholders
• Maintaining and updating conflict search database as matters evolve
• Assisting in information barriers research and implementation with Risk Team
• Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift
• Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
• Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
