Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a Risk Adjustment Medical Coder for onsite work in the Philippines. The role focuses on reviewing medical records and assigning ICD-10-CM codes to support risk adjustment models and proper reimbursement.

The candidate must have a PHRN, CPC or CRC certification, and at least 1 year of risk adjustment coding experience, with a solid understanding of HCC coding guidelines.

Qualifications

• PHRN required and CPC/CRC certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Risk Adjustment / HCC coding.
• At least 1 year risk adjustment coding experience.
• Ability to assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes for risk adjustment.

Responsibilities
