Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Vocational Certificate, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of telecom tower climbing, installation, or maintenance.
• Valid Work at Heights (WAH) / WAH Safety Training certification.
• Physically fit for high-altitude manual work and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform telecom tower climbing, installation, maintenance, and rigging activities.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of antennas, RRU, microwave dishes, feeders, and fiber cables.
• Safely operate and use rigging tools, safety harnesses, double-hook lanyards, and fall-arrest systems.
• Conduct high-altitude work while following WA H and site safety requirements.
• Perform basic inspection and maintenance of tower equipment and accessories.
• Coordinate with team leaders, engineers, and project personnel during site activities.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly secured and handled during tower work.
• Follow project procedures and report site conditions, issues, and safety concerns.
• Lead and coordinate the rigger team during tower installation and maintenance activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance and work progress.
• Ensure all team members comply with WAH, fall protection, and site safety procedures.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors regarding installation requirements and site concerns.
• Monitor proper use of rigging equipment, tools, and PPE.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of on-site installation issues.

• Knowledge of basic rigging tools and Fall Arrest Systems.

• Basic understanding of telecom tower equipment such as Antennas, RRU, Microwave Dish, Feeders, and Fiber Cables.

• Ability to strictly follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with team leaders and engineers.

• Willing to work on-site and travel to assigned telecom project locations.
