The roles and responsibilities of the Revit Draftsmen involves creating detailed, accurate, and coordinated 3D models and precast workshop drawings using Revit. The typical roles and responsibilities of the Revit Draftsmen include:
Responsibilities
- 3D Modeling: Create accurate 3D models of precast concrete panels using Revit.
- Detailing and Documentation: Generate detailed shop drawings and 2D drawings with annotations and dimensions.
- Clash Detection and Coordination: Identify and resolve clashes between different building systems using Revit.
- Documentation Standards and Compliance: Follow industry standards and company drafting protocols.
- Information Exchange and Collaboration: Coordinate with stakeholders and collaborate with the engineering department.
- Quality Control and Review: Ensure accuracy and compliance through self-review and participation in drawing reviews.
- Revit Draftsmen play a crucial role in creating precise precast concrete panel drawings, promoting efficient fabrication and installation processes.

Job Requirements
- Degree of Architecture or Civil Engineer (Preferably licensed)
- At least 2 years work experience related to structural and architectural.
- Experienced on rebar detailing of structural concrete elements is a must
- At least 1 year background on drafting precast systems
- Well versed reading structural and architectural drawings
- General Arrangement Plans
- Concrete Set-out
- Proficient on Autodesk Revit software (Preferably) or other BIM software's (Tekla, Etc)
- Familiarity with architectural and engineering terminology, symbols, and standards
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Ability on clash detection and coordination for other disciplines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
