Job summary

Cybalink Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Revit Architect to support our US-based clients on large-scale commercial design and documentation projects. The role emphasizes Revit, BIM modelling, and construction documentation for malls, offices, and master plans.

You will collaborate with international teams and manage complex design tasks from schematic through construction phases. A strong portfolio and license are highly valued; office-based in Arcovia, Pasig City.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Architecture is required.
Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience in large-scale commercial projects.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; strong BIM modelling and construction documentation.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Grasshopper is an advantage.
US project experience and knowledge of US codes are advantageous but not required.
Excellent English communication, attention to detail, and organisation skills.
Portfolio demonstrating large-scale projects with your contributions.
Willing to work full-time in Arcovia, Pasig City (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Revit models, architectural drawings, and construction documentation for large-scale commercial developments.
Prepare space-planning layouts and architectural designs for malls, sports facilities, offices, and master plans.
Organise complex building programs, circulation, functional spaces, and site layouts into cohesive and practical design solutions.
Produce architectural drawings from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation, including detailed interior and exterior drawings.
Coordinate architectural designs with MEP disciplines, including clash detection, lighting, and interior design requirements.
Prepare door, window, lighting, and material schedules, including Bills of Materials (BOM).
Research and specify building materials while ensuring design accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with US-based stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, providing regular project updates.
