Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a store-based leadership role.
• Proven track record in customer service, sales performance, and team coaching.
• Strong working knowledge of hardware and home improvement projects is a plus.

• Track improvement in sales KPIs and submit monthly dashboards.
• Partner with Store Heads to address team capability gaps.
