The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and proven leadership and communication skills, with fluency in Filipino and English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain compliance with laws and SOP.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Ensure safety for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order supplies as needed.
• Report to HQ and Superior.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
