Qualifications

Languages: Filipino and English.
5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/General preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
Ensure smooth daily store operations.
Maintain store tidiness and cleanliness.
Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
Greet and serve customers.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and evaluate performance.
Provide guidance to the team for efficient operations.
Maintain a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
Daily cash handling of store sales.
Stock and order items as needed.
Prepare reports to HQ and superiors; communicate documents as required.
Follow established SOPs and guidelines.
