The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, fluent in Filipino and English, and possess at least 5 years of experience in the retail industry. Responsibilities include team management, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales goals. Formación

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Required languages: Filipino, English.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years experienced employee specialized in Sales - Retail or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Maintain a tidy and clean store environment.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain store reputation.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees.
• Provide guidance for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items for own use.
• Report sales and staffing data to HQ and superiors.
• Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
