Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed
• Keep the store tidy and clean
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas
• Greet and serve customers
• Maintain store stability and comply with legal requirements
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe, clean environment
• Perform daily bank-in of store sales
• Stock and order items as needed
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, assignments, and incidents to HQ and supervisors
• Submit relevant documents to HQ and supervisors
• Work within SOP and guidelines
• Take on additional duties as assigned by Asst/Branch Manager
