Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Conduct daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items needed for store use.
• Report sales and personnel assignments to HQ.
