The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the retail industry and should possess a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include overseeing store sales, managing merchandise displays, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential. The role requires fluency in Filipino and English and will be based in Dologon, Maramag.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years experienced employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, and discipline employees.
