Power Mac Center stores in Makati seek a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor. This on-site role drives merchandising standards, coordinates schedules, guides staff, and supports sales targets with teamwork and strong problem-solving.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, solid communication skills, and familiarity with Apple products or electronics retail.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with coaching and delegation.
• Excellent customer service focus and relationship-building.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in retail operations, preferably in electronics.
• Knowledge of sales processes, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Willingness to work on-site in Makati full-time, weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems and common office apps; familiarity with Apple products is an advantage.
• College degree and 2-3 years in retail management or related field preferred.
