Responsibilities

• Develop Store Operational Plans and Programs to achieve targeted annual sales growth
• Assist the Area Manager in the preparation of plans and programs for the Area Group
• Implement Cost Control strategies at the store level
• Ensure adequate supply, distribution, and promotion of Merchandise to optimize sale
• Ensure adequate manning at the store to optimize sales
• Conduct competitive check and provide recommendation on Market and Customer trends within the trading area
• Implement Operational, Customer, and Sales Excellence Programs including adherence to SOPs and Customer Service Programs
• Conduct regular staff meetings to orient staff on new policies and changes in work system
• Ensure proper safekeeping of cash sales before deposit and safekeeping of the store's petty cash fund
• Ensure that Company assets and properties are well secured and safe at all times
