Job summary

Epicurean Partners Exchange Inc. is seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in the Philippines. You will drive revenue, lead a team, and maintain a superior customer experience while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include sales strategy execution, staff development, inventory control, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance. A background in fashion/accessories is advantageous and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
• 3-5 years of proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
• Experience in fashion, footwear, or accessories is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue by implementing strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
• Lead, train, and develop store staff to achieve high performance and customer engagement.
• Ensure a welcoming, customer-focused environment and resolve escalated complaints efficiently.
• Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising to minimize stockouts and ensure promotional displays are timely.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations and maintain accurate store records.
