Love, Bonito, a leading Southeast Asian womenswear brand, is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Manila to lead a 30-40 member team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee operations, merchandising, training, and recruitment while maintaining high standards of service and performance.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and deliver thoughtful, engaging shopping experiences.

Formación

• Proven track record leading retail teams
• Strong customer service mindset with sales focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in inventory control and merchandizing
• Ability to train and coach staff for performance
• Comfort with technology and retail systems

Responsabilidades

• Meet sales goals by leading and mentoring a team of associates
• Inspire and motivate team toward a collective goal
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Marketing and People & Culture leads
• Manage day-to-day store operations for a seamless customer experience
• Develop and optimize retail processes to improve productivity
• Oversee inventory, cashier balancing, and stock receiving
• Recruit, coach and build a robust team of staff
• Provide top-notch service and grow the customer base
• Conduct weekly business reviews to expand customer base and profitability
• Handle staff and customer issues as they arise
