Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for RTM Santolan Town Plaza (STTP). You will lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, ensure proper merchandising, and uphold store standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership, and at least 5 years in retail. You will train and coach staff, maintain customer service quality, and collaborate with the Asst Branch Manager to meet HQ guidelines and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field must be possessed.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English is required.
• 5 years of working experience in retail is required.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication and people management skills are essential.
• Experience as a supervisor or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and comply with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, staffing, assignments and cases to HQ and superior.
• Send documents to HQ and superior.
• Work within SOPs and guidelines.
• Take on other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
