Job summary

A leading retail company in Davao City is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Center Point Plaza. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of retail experience, and strong organizational and leadership skills. Key responsibilities include ensuring sales growth, managing daily store operations, and leading a team. This is a full-time position requiring fluency in Filipino and English, with a focus on customer satisfaction and compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Required languages: Filipino and English.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 years and up experienced employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & serving customers.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, selecting, training, coaching & disciplining employees.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees & customers by providing a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & ordering own use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update & report sales and new staff hiring to HQ & superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
