Qualifications

• Strong understanding of retail environments, POP materials, fabrication, and logistics coordination.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day merchandising operations, ensuring operational accuracy.
• Oversee activities of project coordinators, warehouse staff, and field installers.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams for brand alignment.
