Union Bank of the Philippines is offering a Retail Segments & Channels Marketing Intern position based at UB Plaza, Pasig. You will support the Marketing Team in campaigns for CASA, focusing on engagement, retention, and account funding while gaining hands-on exposure to data-driven marketing.

You will gain exposure to campaign management, data-driven marketing, customer insights, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or another related business or analytical field.
• Target Start Date: October 2026
• Can render a minimum of 300 hours
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Has basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, digital marketing, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing CASA marketing campaigns.
• Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, trackers, and post-campaign reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support timely execution of campaigns and customer communications.
• Monitor campaign milestones and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Clean, consolidate, and analyze campaign performance data.
• Prepare reports and presentations that communicate campaign results and key insights.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers for important business and campaign metrics.
• Conduct research on customer behavior, competitor activities, and relevant industry trends.
• Support customer segmentation, profiling, and other analyses for CASA growth opportunities.
• Help maintain the campaign registration site and ensure proper functionality.
• Document and elevate registration-site issues to vendors and assist in user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with frontline units to address registration concerns and ensure resolution.
• Prepare campaign registration reports and related analytics.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Support customer communications delivered through email, SMS, online platforms, and physical channels.
• Coordinate with campaign teams, review test communications, monitor implementation, and complete follow-through activities.
• Help ensure materials align with brand and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate schedules, requirements, and follow-ups among project stakeholders.
• Assist with vendor and supplier coordination, including contracts, payment processing, and related follow-ups.
• Support other strategic initiatives of the Retail Segments & Channels Marketing Team.
