Act as the primary point-of-contact for in-store customers, delivering outstanding customer service. Drive sales through knowledgeable communication about products and services. Maintain a thorough understanding of all inventory to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations. Support daily store operations, including inventory management and ensuring store cleanliness. Collaborate with the MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. team to meet targets and contribute to recruitment industry insights.
Retail environment with standard retail hours, including weekends and holidays; physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
