Job summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
• Provide information about products, prices, promotions, and available offers
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
• Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays
• Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged inventory
• Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries
• Support inventory counting and stock reconciliation activities
• Operate the POS system and assist with cashiering and payment processing when required
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper presentation of the store
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures
